Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Recruitment Specialist role based in Noida. The Recruitment Specialist will manage end-to-end hiring processes, including posting job openings, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews for cafe(Blue collars)and corporate roles. Responsibilities include conducting structured interviews, collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The role also involves supporting onboarding and training coordination, maintaining recruitment records, and tracking hiring metrics. The Recruitment Specialist will work closely with management to build a strong talent pipeline, uphold company culture, and meet staffing targets within defined timelines.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Hiring and Recruiting skills, including experience managing full-cycle recruitment.
- Candidates should possess effective Interviewing and Communication skills to assess candidates and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Training-related skills, such as supporting onboarding activities and coordinating basic employee training.
- Candidates should have good organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to handle multiple roles and requisitions.
- Candidates should ideally have prior experience in hospitality, retail, or food service environments, with familiarity with local labor regulations.
- Candidates should hold a relevant diploma or degree (e.g., Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field) or have equivalent experience.
- Candidates should be comfortable working on-site in Noida and using recruitment tools, spreadsheets, and communication platforms.
- Candidates must have experience in hiring of blue collar employees related to F&B industry.
- Experience required : 3-5 years
