Title: Corporate Recruiter/ Talent Acquisition Specialist
Location: Noida (Sector-63, Noida)
Experience: 4 to 6 years total, with at least 3 years hiring recruiters or in a corporate/internal recruiting role for US Staffing companies.
Role summary
We are looking for a Corporate Recruiter to hire recruiters for our US Staffing business. You will own the full internal hiring cycle, from sourcing to offer to joining. You should already know the US staffing recruiter market and have a network you can reach out to directly.
Key responsibilities
- Source, screen, and hire US IT/non-IT recruiters/ Engineering recruiters, sourcers, account managers, and team leads for US Staffing.
- Manage the end-to-end internal hiring process: intake with hiring managers, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, feedback, offer negotiation, closure, and joining follow-up.
- Use your own network of US recruitment professionals as a primary sourcing channel, along with LinkedIn and referrals.
- Assess candidates on US recruitment skills: understanding of US visas and tax terms, W2/C2C/1099 hiring, sourcing techniques, client-facing communication, and delivery numbers from previous roles.
- Represent TPI to candidates: explain the company, the role, the client mix, growth path, and compensation structure accurately and professionally.
- Work with hiring managers on headcount plans, timelines, and hiring priorities.
- Negotiate offers within approved compensation bands and manage offer drop-off risk.
Requirements
- Currently working in, or recently worked at, a well-known US Staffing company.
- Proven experience hiring US recruiters in bulk and at speed.
- A strong network of US recruitment professionals in India (Esp Delhi/ NCR).
- Stable career history. We are looking for candidates with an average tenure of at least 2 years per employer and no pattern of frequent job changes.
- Strong verbal and written communication, and the ability to speak with confidence to candidates at all levels.
- Good negotiation and closing skills.
- Own conveyance (two-wheeler or car) for commuting to the Noida office.
Working hours
- Expected shift is 2 PM to 11 PM IST.
- Flexibility to log in and log out up to 2-3 hours later, depending on the hiring schedule and candidate availability.
Good to have
- Prior experience hiring for offshore recruitment teams supporting US clients.
- Experience with hiring campaigns, walk-in drives, or referral programs.
