Role Description The Human Resources Recruiter is a full-time, on-site role based in Visakhapatnam. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including drafting job postings, sourcing candidates through various channels, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating follow-up interviews with hiring candidates. . Daily tasks also include collaborating with department heads to understand hiring needs, supporting onboarding activities, maintaining HR records, and contributing to employer branding and talent acquisition initiatives.
