🚨 **We're Hiring | HR Recruiter Intern** 🚨
📍 **Location: Thane, Maharashtra – Work From Office Only**
Rajlaxmi Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic and career-oriented **HR Recruiter Intern** to join our Human Resources team.
This internship will provide practical exposure to the **complete recruitment lifecycle**, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, placement hiring, onboarding support, and recruitment reporting.
🌟 **Full-Time Opportunity:**
Based on performance, the selected candidate may be offered a **Full-Time role as HR Recruiter & Ops**.
### 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, references, campus drives, and other recruitment channels.
• Manage **placement hiring** by coordinating with colleges, training institutes, and placement cells.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial HR screening calls and evaluate candidate suitability.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
• Schedule a **minimum of 5–10 interviews every day** across assigned positions.
• Work towards **a minimum of one candidate closure (selection/joining) daily**, subject to open requirements and hiring targets.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process until joining.
• Post job openings on job portals, social media, and other recruitment platforms.
• Coordinate onboarding formalities for selected candidates.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, interview schedules, and daily MIS reports.
• Ensure timely communication with candidates through calls, emails, and Bitrix.
• Assist in employer branding, campus hiring drives, and recruitment events.
• Support HR operations and administrative activities as assigned.
• Maintain confidentiality of candidate and company information.
