Role Description The Recruitment Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhandup, responsible for managing end-to-end hiring processes for corporate clients. Day-to-day tasks include sourcing candidates through various channels, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating interview schedules with hiring managers. The role involves maintaining strong communication with candidates, preparing job descriptions, and supporting onboarding activities in partnership with HR and training teams. The Recruitment Specialist will also contribute to improving recruitment workflows, maintaining accurate talent databases, and ensuring a positive candidate experience that aligns with ACE HR’s standards of professionalism and integrity.
Qualifications
- Strong recruiting and hiring skills, including experience managing full-cycle recruitment.
- Proficiency in interviewing techniques and candidate assessment for diverse roles.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Experience supporting training and onboarding activities, and coordinating with HR and learning teams.
- Knowledge of HR best practices, talent acquisition tools, and basic employment regulations.
- Ability to work on-site in Bhandup, manage multiple requisitions, and meet timelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in an HR or recruitment role within corporate or consulting environments is preferred.
