1. Talent Acquisition Manager / Senior Recruiter
- Experience: 5+ Years
- Industry Exposure: IT / Non-IT / Retail
- Strong experience in Bulk Hiring / Mass Recruitment
- Retail hiring experience will be preferred
- Strong stakeholder management and sourcing skills
2. Corporate HR / HR Positions
- Experience in HR operations, employee coordination and recruitment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
3. Assistant Manager – Bulk Hiring
- Experience in handling bulk/mass recruitment
- Ability to manage high-volume hiring within timelines
- Strong candidate sourcing and follow-up skills
4. Recruitment Manager / Recruitment Head
- Experience in managing recruitment teams and end-to-end hiring
- Strong exposure to bulk, mass and retail hiring
- Excellent stakeholder and team management skills
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding
- Handle bulk and mass hiring requirements
- Drive retail hiring across multiple locations and roles
- Source candidates through job portals, references, social media and other channels
- Coordinate with hiring managers and business teams
- Conduct initial HR screening and candidate shortlisting
- Manage offer rollouts, negotiations and joining follow-ups
- Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure data accuracy
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process
