Role Description:
The HR Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon HO.
This role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment for both domestic and international projects, onboarding, performance management, monthly payroll, and employee relations. The person will manage HR policies, ensure compliance with labor laws.
Daily activities include coordinating with department heads on staffing needs, handling employee queries, maintaining HR documentation and HRIS, and organizing training and development programs. The role also involves driving engagement initiatives and contributing to a positive, inclusive workplace culture aligned with Gypsum’s operational and project requirements.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong core HR skills, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance management, and employee relations.
- Candidates should possess skills in HR policy development, compliance with labor laws, and HR documentation/HRIS management.
- Candidates should possess solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR software tools.
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, along with relevant experience in construction, EPC, or infrastructure sectors.
- The candidate must have related field work experience of minimum 5 years.
- Ability to work full time in Gurgaon HO.
