Role Description : The Human Resources Manager will oversee and manage all core HR functions for Fire Net India Pvt Ltd centrally in a full-time, on-site capacity. This role includes developing and implementing HR policies, managing recruitment and onboarding, and supporting workforce planning to meet operational needs. The Human Resources Manager will handle employee relations, performance management processes, and engagement initiatives to foster a positive and compliant workplace. The role also involves coordinating payroll and benefits with relevant stakeholders, maintaining HR records, ensuring adherence to labor laws and company standards, and partnering with leadership to support organizational growth and culture.
Job Location (On Site) : Jaipur, Indore, Ahmedabad, Bhopal.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in recruitment, talent acquisition, and onboarding processes.
- Candidates should possess skills in employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
- Candidates should possess skills in HR policy development, compliance with labor laws, and HR documentation.
- Candidates should possess skills in HR data management, reporting, and use of HRIS or similar systems.
- Candidates should possess skills in training coordination, employee engagement, and organizational development.
- Relevant experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR role, preferably in industrial or safety-focused sectors.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; postgraduate HR qualifications are an advantage.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams and levels.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR best practices and evolving regulatory requirements in India.
- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality and professional ethics.
