We're Hiring: HR Manager (Full-time, On-site – Malda)

In this role, you'll:
- Own the end-to-end hiring process, from recruitment to onboarding
- Drive performance management and employee engagement initiatives
- Develop and implement HR policies while ensuring compliance with labor laws
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters with care
- Help build a positive, inclusive workplace culture
- Coordinate training and development programs
- Manage HR documentation and HRIS records
- Work closely with leadership on organizational growth and retention strategies
What we're looking for:
- Solid experience in recruitment and workforce planning within a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Hands-on knowledge of performance management and employee engagement
- Comfort with HR tools/HRIS and policy documentation
- Good understanding of labor laws and employee relations best practices
- Strong communication and negotiation skills — you'll be working across diverse teams
- Ability to coordinate training and coach leadership
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in uPVC, construction materials, or manufacturing sector preferred
- Organized, detail-oriented, and grounded in ethical decision-making
- Ready to work on-site in Malda and collaborate closely with the operations and management teams
