Role Description The HR Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Anklesvar, responsible for overseeing all core human resources activities within Neelam Furniture. Daily responsibilities include managing recruitment and onboarding, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and company policies. The role involves developing and implementing HR policies, supporting performance management processes, and coordinating training and development initiatives. The HR Manager will also handle employee relations, address workplace concerns, and foster a positive, inclusive culture aligned with the company’s values. Collaboration with leadership to support workforce planning, retention strategies, and organizational development is an integral part of this position.

- Candidates should possess skills in recruitment and selection, onboarding, and workforce planning.
- Candidates should possess skills in HR policy development, compliance with labor laws, and HR documentation management.
- Candidates should possess skills in performance management, feedback processes, and employee development planning.
- Candidates should possess skills in employee relations, conflict resolution, and fostering an inclusive workplace culture.
- Candidates should possess skills in training coordination, facilitation of workshops, and basic organizational development.
- Candidates should possess strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, along with proficiency in common HR software or HRIS tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant HR certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in an HR management or senior HR generalist role, preferably in manufacturing or a similar industry, is highly beneficial.
