Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated full-time People & Culture Manager for an on-site role located in Sasan gir. The People & Culture Manager will lead all people-focused initiatives across the organization, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, learning and development, performance management, and culture-building programs.
Key responsibilities include developing and implementing people strategies aligned with organizational goals, managing recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies, and creating initiatives that foster employee wellbeing, inclusion, and professional growth. The incumbent will play a key role in shaping a positive workplace culture, strengthening team collaboration, addressing employee concerns with empathy and fairness, and contributing to organizational growth through thoughtful people management practices.

Qualifications
- Experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, and employee onboarding processes
- Strong understanding of people operations, employee engagement, performance management, and workplace culture initiatives
- Proficiency in HR functions such as benefits administration, payroll coordination, and compliance with labor laws
- Excellent interpersonal communication, conflict resolution, and employee relations skills
- Strong organizational, leadership, and team-building abilities
- Proficiency in Greyt HR and platforms for managing employee data and workflows
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Relevant certifications such as PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent are a plus
- Familiarity with the hospitality industry is preferred
