Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cherthala, combining Human Resources Management and Executive Assistant responsibilities. The Human Resources Manager and Executive Assistant will oversee core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, performance management support, and basic payroll and attendance coordination. The role will also involve organizing and maintaining executive calendars, handling correspondence, preparing presentations and reports, and coordinating meetings and travel arrangements. The person in this position will help implement HR policies, support staff engagement and training initiatives, and ensure compliance with relevant employment practices. Daily work requires close collaboration with leadership, professional communication with staff and external partners, and accurate documentation of HR and administrative activities.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in Human Resources operations such as recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, and performance management support.
- Strong administrative and executive support skills, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel planning, and document preparation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with skill in professional email writing, stakeholder coordination, and conflict resolution.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software) and basic HR information systems.
- Understanding of HR best practices, employee engagement, and basic labor and compliance guidelines; experience in consulting or healthcare-related services is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Cherthala, maintain confidentiality, and collaborate effectively in a professional team environment.
