Key Responsibilities
- HR Policies & Compliance: Ensure effective implementation of HR policies, statutory compliance, and adherence to organisational processes.
- Coordination of Talent Acquisition: Coordinate with hiring managers the recruitment activities and ensure timely closure of positions with the right talent.
- Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle: Ensure a structured and effective onboarding, induction, confirmation, promotion, and separation process.
- Performance Management: Coordinate the KRA/KPI, appraisal, performance review, and improvement processes across departments.
- Employee Engagement: Drive initiatives to strengthen employee engagement, culture, communication, retention, and employee experience.
- Learning & Development: Coordinate with L&D department and support the implementation of structured development programs.
- HR MIS & Analytics: Ensure accurate HR data and dashboards and provide meaningful HR insights to management for decision-making.
- Employee Relations: Address employee concerns and grievances professionally and ensure timely resolution in coordination with the DGM – HR.
- Process Improvement: Identify gaps in existing HR processes and drive improvements to enhance efficiency, consistency, and employee experience.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
- 4–7 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a technology, SaaS, IT, or service-oriented organisation.
- Strong understanding of HR operations, recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, HR policies, and compliance.
- Experience in handling HRMS/HR technology platforms and HR MIS.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
