📢 We're Hiring | HR Manager

Aravind Arasavilli Group of Companies is looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead HR operations across the group. The ideal candidate will be a strong generalist capable of managing end-to-end HR functions across multiple business verticals.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection process across group companies
✅ Handle onboarding, induction, and employee lifecycle management
✅ Oversee payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management
✅ Drive performance management systems and appraisal cycles
✅ Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and compliance frameworks
✅ Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary processes
✅ Support training and development initiatives across departments
✅ Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, labour laws, etc.)
✅ Maintain HR MIS, headcount reports, and attrition analysis
✅ Partner with leadership on workforce planning and organizational development
✅ Coordinate HR activities across the group's various business entities
Requirements:
🎓 MBA/PGDM in HR or related field
💼 5–8 years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist HR role
🏢 Experience managing HR across multiple business units/group companies is a plus
📊 Strong knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance, and HR best practices
💻 Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS/payroll software
🗣️ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
