Position: Human Resource Lead
Location: In-Office – Jaipur, India
Reporting To: Sr. Manager - HR
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Jaipur across Engineering, Product, Sales, and Operations.
- Partner with hiring managers to define job specifications, create structured interview processes, and build candidate pipelines.
- Source talent via LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and campus/startup networks.
- Conduct initial screenings, manage interview scheduling, facilitate debriefs, and extend job offers.
- Track key metrics including time-to-fill, offer-acceptance rate, source quality, and pipeline health.
Onboarding & Offboarding
- Design and execute Day 1–5 orientation programs covering culture, systems, and role expectations.
- Oversee onboarding documentation (offer letters, NDAs, compliance forms) and setup check-in cadences at 30/60/90 days.
- Manage the full offboarding lifecycle, including exit interviews, asset retrieval, access revocation, and final settlements in compliance with labor laws.
Culture & Employee Engagement
- Champion company values, team events, recognition programs, and town halls.
- Run quarterly pulse surveys and eNPS, driving action plans with leadership.
- Act as an approachable, trusted partner for employee relations, grievances, and policy queries.
HR Operations & Statutory Compliance
- Maintain HRIS databases, attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs in coordination with Finance.
- Ensure statutory compliance with local labor laws, PF, ESIC, and gratuity.
- Continuously update and maintain HR knowledge bases and internal policies.
Requirements & Qualifications
Must-Haves:
- 6–7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 1 year in a lead or standalone HR role.
- Proven track record in end-to-end recruitment for both technical and non-technical functions.
- Strong hands-on experience designing and running onboarding/offboarding workflows.
- Working knowledge of Indian labor laws, statutory compliance, and payroll processes.
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms, ATS tools, and Google Workspace / MS Office.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and multi-tasking skills.
Great-to-Haves:
- Experience working in a tech startup, B2B SaaS, or fast-growing product company.
- Experience scaling HR operations from the ground up in a new location.
- Familiarity with tools like Keka, Darwinbox, Greenhouse, or Lever.
- MBA in HR or relevant professional certifications.
