Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition: Own end-to-end hiring across Engineering, Product, Sales, and Operations; build talent pipelines and manage candidate experience.Onboarding & Employee Experience: Design orientation programs, coordinate IT/Finance setups, assign buddies, and conduct 30/60/90-day check-ins.Offboarding & Compliance: Manage exit interviews, full & final settlements, asset retrieval, and maintain 100% compliance with local labor laws (PF, ESIC, Gratuity).HR Operations & Culture: Oversee attendance, HRIS records, and payroll inputs; act as culture custodian, organize engagement events, and run pulse surveys.
