The Role
Want actual HR experience instead of another "fetch coffee" internship? Come help us hire the people who'll build Aurm's next chapter, and plan the fun stuff that keeps a team together. Two months, full-time, in-office, and you'll walk out knowing how startups actually hire and operate, not just what a textbook says.
What You'll Do
- Source and screen candidates - calls, shortlisting, scheduling interviews
- Sit in on hiring conversations and see how decisions actually get made
- Keep the hiring pipeline organized and moving
- Plan and run fun team engagement activities
- Get hands-on HR exposure across the board

What We're Looking For
- Pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree
