Role Description The Human Resources Intern will support the HR team in day-to-day activities for a fast-paced defense manufacturing environment. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. Responsibilities include assisting with HR documentation, maintaining employee records, and supporting onboarding and induction processes. The intern will help with coordinating HR policies and employee benefits communication, scheduling interviews, and supporting basic personnel management tasks. Additional duties may include preparing HR reports, contributing to employee engagement initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth HR operations.
Qualifications
- Foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with an interest in developing a career in HR.
- Understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits, including basic compliance and documentation practices.
- Ability to support Personnel Management activities such as maintaining records, coordinating onboarding, and assisting with employee queries.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office or similar productivity tools; familiarity with HR software is an advantage.
- Interest in the defense and manufacturing sector, with a willingness to learn and handle confidential information responsibly.
