About the Role
This is a Talent Acquisition internship, but it's not your typical HR internship. You'll work on live hiring mandates for startups and fast-scaling companies, alongside senior recruiters and consultants, right from Day 1. No shadowing for 3 months, no backend paperwork, you'll be speaking to candidates, understanding roles and contributing to real hiring outcomes. If you're curious about how startups build teams and scale, this internship will give you real exposure, not just theory.
What You'll Do
- Work on active hiring mandates across our client requirements
- Conduct initial screenings and understand role requirements in depth
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate pipelines
- Partner closely with senior consultants on live client mandates
- Get a front-row view of how hiring decisions are made at fast-growing startups
Who Should Apply
- Must have previous internship experience in Sales, Operations, Customer Success, Hospitality, HR or TA. If you don’t, please do not apply
- Looking for a serious, hands-on internship - not just a line on your resume
- Comfortable having real conversations with new people
- Curious, proactive and organized - you don't let things slip through the cracks
- Open to converting to a full-time role if you perform well
