At Wilmarcs Motion Pictures, we’re building a team of passionate professionals who love storytelling and creativity. We’re looking for an HR Intern who is eager to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, HR operations, and talent acquisition while working directly with the founders.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants real responsibility and exposure—not just administrative work.
Key Responsibilities- Source and screen candidates for creative and business roles
- Conduct initial HR screening interviews
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates
- Manage recruitment pipelines and candidate follow-ups
- Draft professional emails and communicate with applicants
- Assist with onboarding and employee documentation
- Support HR operations and employee engagement initiatives
- Work closely with leadership on recruitment and hiring strategies
Requirements- Excellent spoken and written English (mandatory)
- Previous internship or practical experience in HR, Recruitment, or Talent Acquisition is preferred
- Experience working with a video production company, media company, advertising agency, creative agency, or digital marketing agency is a strong advantage
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Well-organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable speaking with candidates over phone and video calls
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, or other recruitment platforms is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree (completed or pursuing) in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
Preferred Skills- Understanding of creative roles such as Video Editors, Motion Graphic Artists, Cinematographers, Producers, Designers, or Marketing professionals
- Professional email writing and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks
