We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Generalist to manage the complete employee lifecycle—from recruitment to offboarding—while helping build a positive and high-performing workplace.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.
- Draft and publish job postings across various job portals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers.
- Schedule interviews and maintain candidate communication.
- Prepare offer letters and negotiate compensation where required.
Employee Onboarding
- Conduct employee induction and orientation.
- Complete joining formalities and documentation.
- Maintain employee records and personnel files.
- Coordinate laptop, ID card, email, and software access for new hires.
Payroll & Attendance
- Maintain employee attendance and leave records.
- Calculate monthly salaries, incentives, deductions, and overtime.
- Coordinate payroll processing and ensure timely salary disbursement.
- Manage employee reimbursement records.
Employee Relations
- Address employee queries and workplace concerns.
- Organize employee engagement activities and team-building initiatives.
- Support performance review and appraisal processes.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work culture.
HR Operations
- Maintain HR policies and employee handbook.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and company policies.
- Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and MIS reports.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
Offboarding
- Conduct exit interviews.
- Manage resignation and termination processes.
- Coordinate asset recovery and access revocation.
- Prepare Full & Final (FnF) settlements and complete exit documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Executive.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
- Experience with payroll processing and attendance management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and HRMS software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Preferred Skills
- Experience hiring for IT or software development roles.
- Familiarity with labor laws and statutory compliance.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with excellent attention to detail.
