Human Resources Generalist

Position: HR Generalist
Employment Type: Permanent / Full-Time
Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM
Experience: 2 to 4 Years in a similar HR role, preferably within the IT industry
Qualification: MSW / MHRM / MBA – HR
Joining: Candidates available to join within 7 days preferred

Key Responsibilities
The HR Generalist will be responsible for managing and supporting various HR functions across the organization, including:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordination, and onboarding.
- Conduct employee induction and ensure a smooth joining experience for new employees.
- Manage employee exit formalities, including resignation processes, clearance, documentation, and full & final coordination.
- Maintain positive employee relations and address employee concerns and grievances professionally.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and related HR documentation.
- Coordinate and support payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely salary-related inputs.
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities, events, and initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture.
- Support the Performance Management System (PMS), including performance reviews, documentation, and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are effectively communicated and implemented across the organization.
- Handle general administrative responsibilities and provide support for day-to-day office operations.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements, company policies, and workplace regulations.
- Establish and maintain a positive, healthy, safe, and inclusive work environment.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, policies, and operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement innovative HR initiatives to enhance employee experience and create new opportunities for organizational growth.
- Support management in various HR-related matters and undertake additional responsibilities as assigned from time to time.
