We’re looking for an energetic HR Generalist with 2–3 years of experience, especially in recruiting blue-collar talent for production, fabrication, installation, or similar teams. You’ll own hiring, onboarding, employee engagement, attendance, performance coordination, and day-to-day people operations.
You should be a strong communicator and culture builder with bright, practical ideas that bring teams together and improve accountability. We value candidates who actively use AI tools to recruit faster, create HR processes, analyse data, automate routine work, and help build a positive, high-performance workplace.
