Role Description The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations in an on-site role based in Kolkata. This full-time position includes overseeing recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes, maintaining HR records, and supporting payroll and benefits administration. The role involves handling employee relations, implementing HR policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. The Human Resources Executive will collaborate with management to support performance management, learning and development initiatives, and a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.
- Candidates should possess skills in HR Operations and implementation of HR Policies.
- Candidates should possess experience in Employee Relations and conflict resolution.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Prior experience in a fast-paced or growing organization is an advantage.
