Role Description The Human Resources Executive at Luzo will manage day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, supporting payroll inputs, and ensuring compliance with company policies and local labor regulations. This full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai involves handling employee life cycle processes such as onboarding, confirmations, transfers, and exits, while ensuring accurate documentation and systematic follow-up. The role includes supporting employee relations by addressing queries, coordinating performance management activities, and assisting in engagement initiatives that contribute to a positive and inclusive workplace culture. The Human Resources Executive will collaborate with management to roll out HR policies, support recruitment coordination, and provide timely HR reports and insights. The individual will also help streamline HR processes and contribute to continuous improvement of HR practices aligned with Luzo’s growth objectives.
CTC: - 3.3 to 5 LPA
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, with experience handling core HR functions and workforce administration.
- Candidates should possess HR Operations skills, including managing employee data, HR documentation, and routine transactional HR processes.
- Candidates should possess Employee Relations skills, with the ability to address employee concerns, support engagement activities, and promote a respectful, inclusive work environment.
- Candidates should possess HR Policies knowledge, with capability to interpret, implement, and communicate HR guidelines and compliance requirements.
- Candidates should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Candidates should ideally have a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, and prior experience in an HR executive or generalist role.
- Candidates with familiarity with HRIS tools, basic data reporting, and an understanding of Indian labor laws and statutory requirements will be preferred.
