Role Description The Human Resources Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee lifecycle processes such as recruitment support, onboarding, documentation, and exit formalities. This full-time, on-site role in Rajkot will involve maintaining HR records, supporting performance management activities, and assisting in implementing HR policies and procedures. The role includes handling employee relations matters, coordinating training and development initiatives, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards. The Human Resources Executive will collaborate with leadership and department managers to support workforce planning and foster a positive, safe, and inclusive work environment.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, including understanding of core HR processes and frameworks.
- Candidates should possess skills in HR Operations, such as handling employee data, documentation, payroll-related coordination, and HR administration.
- Candidates should possess skills in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and promoting an engaging workplace culture.
- Candidates should possess skills in designing, implementing, and maintaining HR Policies aligned with legal and organizational requirements.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a postgraduate HR specialization is an advantage.
- Knowledge of local labor laws and statutory compliance, along with experience in manufacturing or industrial environments, will be beneficial.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in MS Office and HR software, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated organizational skills, attention to detail, integrity, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
