About the Role
Appsrow is looking for an HR Executive Intern for a 6-month, full-time internship focused on learning end-to-end HR operations and building a long-term career in Human Resources.
📍 Important Location Requirement: This is an on-site opportunity in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. We are currently considering candidates who are already based in Ahmedabad and can regularly work from our Ahmedabad office.
This is not just a recruitment internship. You will work closely with the HR Manager and gain hands-on exposure to the complete employee lifecycle - from recruitment and onboarding to HR operations, payroll coordination, employee engagement, people management, and offboarding.

• Recruitment - sourcing, screening, interviews & candidate communication
• Offer, joining, onboarding & employee documentation
• Attendance, leave, working hours & payroll coordination
• HR policies, processes, records & compliance documentation
• Performance tracking, employee communication & people management
• Employee engagement, workplace activities & training coordination
• Employee concerns, exit formalities & offboarding
• HR reports, trackers, emails & professional documentation
• AI tools for recruitment, communication, research, documentation & HR productivity
Who We’re Looking For
• Fresher / recent graduate interested in building a career in HR
• Currently based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat
• Available for a 6-month, full-time, on-site internship
• Interested in learning end-to-end HR operations, not just recruitment
• Good verbal & written communication skills
• Comfortable interacting professionally with candidates and employees
• Organized, detail-oriented and willing to take ownership of work
• Interested in people management and workplace culture
• Comfortable using AI tools and eager to learn AI-assisted HR workflows
