Role Description The Human Resources Operations Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Chinchwad. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding and exit formalities, maintaining HR records, and supporting payroll and attendance management. The position includes coordinating recruitment logistics, assisting with interview scheduling, and supporting new hire documentation. The executive will help implement HR policies, ensure compliance with legal and company standards, and address routine employee queries related to benefits, leave, and HR processes. The role also involves supporting performance management cycles, coordinating trainings, preparing HR reports, and collaborating with leadership to promote a positive and safe workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of core HR operations, including onboarding, employee lifecycle management, and HR documentation.
- Experience supporting payroll, attendance tracking, leave management, and basic HR compliance activities.
- Ability to coordinate recruitment processes, such as scheduling interviews, handling candidate communication, and maintaining recruitment records.
- Proficiency in HRIS or HR-related software, MS Office (especially Excel and Word), and basic HR reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in manufacturing or engineering industry HR operations is beneficial, along with familiarity with labor laws and statutory compliances.
