About the Role:
We're looking for a dynamic HR professional to drive Performance Management, lead end-to-end Hiring, streamline HR Operations, and champion Employee Engagement. If you enjoy building high-performing teams, finding great talent, and keeping HR processes running smoothly — this role is for you!
What You'll Do
✅ Performance Management:
- Manage the full performance review cycle (goal-setting, appraisals, calibration)
- Support PIPs, promotions, and performance-based compensation decisions
- Drive a feedback-rich, high-performance culture
✅ Hiring & Talent Acquisition:
- Own end-to-end recruitment — sourcing to onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers across global offices
- Build strong talent pipelines and manage hiring metrics
✅ HR Operations, Compliance & Payroll:
- Handle the employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit
- Manage HRMS, documentation, and statutory HR compliances
- Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management
- Be the go-to person for employee queries
✅ Employee Engagement:
- Plan and drive engagement activities, events, and wellness programs
- Conduct employee surveys and act on feedback
- Support culture-building, recognition & rewards programs
What We're Looking For
🎓 MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent
💼 2–5 years of relevant HR experience
🗣️ Strong communication & stakeholder management skills
📊 Analytical mindset with hands-on HRMS/ATS experience
🤖 Use of AI tools for HR processes will be an added advantage
🌍 Exposure to multi-location/international hiring is a plus
