We're Hiring: HR Executive at Contract Bazaar
Contract Bazaar is a legal technology company making legal services simpler and more accessible for businesses across India.
We're looking for an HR Executive to own hiring end-to-end and help build the culture of a fast-growing legal-tech team.
What you'll do:
✅ Run the full recruitment cycle — sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, onboarding
✅ Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives
✅ Champion our culture and values across the team
What we're looking for:
• Up to 5 years of experience in HR, with hands-on recruitment exposure
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or a related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred)
• Someone proactive who enjoys people-facing work
📍 Location: Greater Noida West
