Experis IT is seeking an experienced HR Operations professional to join our Human Resources team in Noida. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the effective management of the employee lifecycle, ensuring a seamless and compliant HR experience from onboarding through offboarding.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering HR operational excellence, maintaining employee records, ensuring policy compliance, and partnering with internal stakeholders to support business objectives and employee engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage post-offer engagement activities, including pre-joining communication, documentation, onboarding formalities, induction, and orientation programs for new hires.
- Maintain employee attendance records and coordinate with the Payroll team to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, payroll inputs, and employee benefits while ensuring effective resolution of concerns and grievances.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Payroll, IT, Administration, and Business stakeholders, to ensure seamless HR operations and employee support.
- Proactively engage with employees, leveraging strong counselling and negotiation skills to drive employee retention initiatives and help reduce attrition.
- Plan and coordinate employee engagement initiatives, including Town Halls and other organizational communication forums.
- Administer employee feedback and engagement surveys, analyze insights, and support action planning initiatives.
- Possess a working knowledge of statutory compliance requirements, including the EPF Act, ESIC Act, Bonus Act, and CLRA Act, and support compliance audits conducted by clients or regulatory bodies.
- Prepare, maintain, and analyze HR dashboards and MIS reports, ensuring timely and accurate data sharing with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage the complete employee separation process, including resignation management, clearance coordination, documentation, and exit interviews.
- Ensure timely issuance of relieving and experience letters, coordinate Full & Final Settlement processes, and maintain accurate employee records during offboarding.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation in compliance with organizational policies and statutory requirements throughout the employee lifecycle.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in HR Operations.
- Strong understanding of employee lifecycle management and HR compliance.
- Experience working with HRMS/HRIS platforms.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
- High attention to detail with a process-driven approach.
