Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end IT recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
- Source candidates through platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and Naukri.
- Screen, shortlist, and evaluate candidates for technical roles (including Java hiring).
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Handle stakeholder communication and ensure alignment throughout the hiring process.
- Manage salary negotiations and support offer rollout activities.
- Maintain candidate data and recruitment pipelines using ATS and MS Excel.
- Ensure smooth coordination across all stages of the recruitment lifecycle.
