Role Description The Human Resources Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Tiruppur. This role supports daily HR operations, including maintaining employee records, assisting with onboarding and induction processes, and coordinating training activities. The Human Resources Assistant helps administer benefits, supports HRIS data entry and reporting, and assists with employee queries and routine HR documentation. The role also includes scheduling interviews, supporting HR projects, and collaborating with HR management to ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management to support day-to-day HR operations and assist in implementing HR policies.
- Candidates should possess skills in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) to manage employee data, generate reports, and maintain accurate HR records.
- Candidates should possess skills in Benefits Administration to help coordinate employee benefits, maintain related documentation, and respond to benefits-related queries.
- Candidates should possess skills in Training to assist with organizing training sessions, tracking participation, and supporting employee development initiatives.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and comfort working with HR-related software and databases.
- Prior experience in an HR support or administrative role is beneficial; a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
