Role Description The Human Resources Assistant Intern is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. The intern will support daily HR operations, including maintaining employee records, assisting with onboarding processes, and helping coordinate training and development activities. Responsibilities include updating HR databases and HRIS systems, preparing HR documents, supporting benefits-related queries, and helping organize employee engagement initiatives. The role also involves assisting with recruitment logistics, scheduling interviews, and supporting HR team projects, while ensuring confidentiality and adherence to company policies.
Qualifications
- Foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) concepts and HR Management practices.
- Ability to work with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and maintain accurate employee data.
- Understanding of basic Benefits Administration and interest in learning compensation and employee welfare processes.
- Interest in Training and development activities, including coordinating sessions and tracking participation.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills and a professional, respectful demeanor.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Proficiency in MS Office or similar productivity tools; comfort with spreadsheets and documentation.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and collaborate with diverse teams in an on-site environment.
