Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Surat for a self-drive car service team member. The role involves assisting customers with vehicle selection, booking, and check-in/check-out processes, ensuring a smooth and efficient rental experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include inspecting vehicles for cleanliness and safety, managing documentation, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating schedules. The team member will support customer inquiries in person and by phone, handle basic issue resolution, and collaborate with colleagues to uphold service quality and operational standards. The role may also include local driving, vehicle relocation within Surat, and coordination with maintenance providers as needed.
Qualifications
- Customer service skills, including clear communication, problem-solving, and a helpful, professional demeanor.
- Basic administrative skills, such as handling documents, maintaining records, and using phones or simple digital tools for bookings.
- Operational skills related to vehicle inspection, safety checks, and coordinating car availability and scheduling.
- Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record, with familiarity with local Surat routes and traffic conditions.
- Ability to work on-site full time, including weekends or flexible shifts when required.
- Attention to detail, reliability, and a commitment to providing a positive customer experience.
- Prior experience in transportation, car rental, hospitality, or retail customer service is an advantage.
