HR Recruiter – Fly2Infinity Consultancy
Location: Siliguri | Experience: 1–3 Years | Full-Time
Role:
- Handle recruitment requirements of our clients from sourcing to closure.
- Source and screen candidates through job portals, databases, and other channels.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Follow up with candidates and clients to ensure timely closures.
- Manage multiple vacancies and achieve monthly recruitment targets.
- Maintain strong candidate and client relationships.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a consultancy.
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
- Target-oriented with a strong focus on closures.
- Freshers are not preferred.
