Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter role based in Siliguri. The Recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers across business and operational teams. The role involves building and maintaining talent pipelines for driver-partners, operations staff, technology teams, and support functions, while ensuring a positive candidate experience and timely communication. The Recruiter will collaborate with leadership to understand workforce needs, define role requirements, and support employer branding initiatives through job postings, events, and digital channels. Daily responsibilities also include maintaining accurate recruitment reports, using HR and ATS tools, and ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable employment regulations.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in talent sourcing, resume screening, and interview coordination, with the ability to manage multiple open roles at once.
- Experience in stakeholder management, collaborating with hiring managers, and aligning recruitment efforts with business needs.
- Proficiency with recruitment tools and platforms (job portals, social media, ATS/HRIS), and comfort working with basic data and reports.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including clear written communication and professional, empathetic candidate interaction.
- Ability to organize work, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
- Prior recruiting experience in mobility, logistics, technology, or startup environments is beneficial.
- Understanding of local talent markets in and around Siliguri and nearby regions is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
