🗓️ Work Schedule: 5 days a week (Onsite)

🎓 Eligibility: Who are eager to learn and grow in US IT Bench Sales

💼 Roles & Responsibilities:
- Learn and support the Bench Sales and Contract-to-Hire (C2H) recruitment process (training will be provided).
- Source and screen candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
- Assist senior recruiters in presenting candidates to clients and vendors.

- Build and maintain candidate databases and pipelines.
- Coordinate interviews, follow up with candidates, and support on-boarding activities.
- Learn US IT staffing concepts, market trends, and salary benchmarks.
- Meet learning milestones and gradually contribute to recruitment targets.
