Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for SAP roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Identify and engage qualified candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, and other sourcing channels.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Evaluate candidates' technical skills and cultural fit for SAP positions across various domains (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP FICO, SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP ABAP, etc.).
- Able to work on the demands for the C2H process for client requirements
- Maintain and update a robust pipeline of qualified SAP professionals.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth process.
- Negotiate offers and facilitate the hiring process while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Stay updated on SAP technologies, market trends, and competitive intelligence to attract top talent.
- Build and nurture relationships with potential candidates for future opportunities.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to maintain accurate records and reports.
