Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for bulk telecaller hiring.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and existing networks.
- Screen, shortlist, and schedule interviews efficiently.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure timely closures.
- Maintain a healthy candidate pipeline to meet ongoing hiring targets.
- Follow up with selected candidates to ensure joining and reduce dropouts.
- Maintain recruitment records and hiring reports.
Requirements
- Prior experience in bulk hiring, especially for telecaller/customer support/sales executive roles.
- Strong candidate network and sourcing capabilities.
- Good understanding of recruitment portals and sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
