About the Role
X Analyst is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Associate to join our HR team.
This role is ideal for recent HR graduates who are looking to start their career in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment. The selected candidate will gain hands-on experience in candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and recruitment operations.
The role begins with a 3-month training program with a stipend. Based on performance during the training period, candidates will be considered for conversion into a full-time Talent Acquisition Associate role.
This is an on-site opportunity to work closely with experienced HR professionals in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, professional networks, and other sourcing channels.
• Screen resumes and support initial candidate evaluations.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring records.
• Post job openings across relevant recruitment platforms.
• Communicate with candidates and ensure timely follow-ups throughout the recruitment process.
• Support daily Talent Acquisition activities and hiring requirements.
• Prepare recruitment reports and sourcing updates as required.
Eligibility & Requirements
• Master's degree in Human Resources (MBA/PGDM - HR) from a reputed institution.
• Recent graduates from the 2026 batch.
• Strong interest in building a career in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage professionally with candidates.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working from the office.
