Hospital HR & Recruitment Executive
Location: Gurgaon (On-site)

About the Role
We are looking for an HR & Recruitment Executive with prior experience working in a hospital
environment. The ideal candidate should have successfully recruited doctors and other clinical staff
and be comfortable managing end to end hiring for a fast growing healthcare organization.
Key Responsibilities
• End to end recruitment of doctors, specialists, nurses, and allied healthcare professionals.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, and healthcare networks.
• Coordinate interviews, credential verification, offer rollout, and onboarding.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of healthcare talent.
• Work closely with leadership to meet hiring timelines.
• Support HR operations and employee documentation.
Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of HR experience in a hospital or healthcare organization.
• Proven experience recruiting doctors and clinical staff.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Based in Gurgaon or willing to work from our Gurgaon office.
