Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Haridwar for Pharma Maintenance Electrical Engineers specializing in pharma machines, HVAC, projects, and maintenance, with a CTC range of ₹5–8 LPA. The role involves overseeing electrical maintenance of pharmaceutical production equipment, utilities, and HVAC systems to ensure reliable, compliant, and safe operations. Responsibilities include troubleshooting electrical issues, performing preventive and corrective maintenance, coordinating with production and quality teams, and supporting project implementation and equipment upgrades. The engineer will monitor power systems, maintain documentation, follow regulatory and safety standards, and contribute to continuous improvement of plant performance and energy efficiency.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Electrical Design and Electrical Engineering for industrial and pharma equipment.
- Candidates should possess solid understanding of Electricity and Power Systems, including safety practices and regulatory compliance.
- Candidates should possess experience in Power Distribution within manufacturing plants, including panel boards, switchgear, and cabling.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field from a recognized institution.
- Experience in pharmaceutical or regulated process industries, with familiarity in HVAC systems, cleanroom standards, and utilities preferred.
- Ability to read technical drawings, prepare maintenance reports, and use relevant diagnostic tools and software.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and capability to work in cross-functional teams on-site.
- Willingness to work in shifts as required and adhere to safety, quality, and compliance protocols.
