Position: Bench Sales Recruiter
Experience: 1–3 Years
Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad
Work Mode: 100% Onsite
Interview: Face-to-Face Interview Mandatory
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and market IT consultants on bench.
- Work on C2C, W2, and Full-Time requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors and recruiters to identify suitable requirements.
- Negotiate rates and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Submit consultant profiles and follow up on submissions/interviews.
- Maintain daily submissions, interview, and placement reports.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of relevant US IT Bench Sales experience.
- Strong knowledge of US IT staffing, visas, and hiring processes.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Candidates must be willing to work 100% onsite from Madhapur.
- Face-to-face interview is mandatory.
- Candidates with more than 3 years of experience are not being considered.
