💼 Role: Bench Sales Recruiter
Experience: 0–5 Years
Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad
Work Mode: Work from Office

We are looking for Fresher's and Experienced Bench Sales Recruiters who can effectively market IT consultants, generate quality submissions, build vendor relationships, and drive placements in the US staffing market.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Market bench consultants to vendors, prime vendors, and direct clients
- Identify and source new requirements through job portals, recruiter networks, and vendor relationships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors
- Track submissions, interviews, offers, and closures
- Meet daily and monthly submission and placement targets
- Stay updated on US IT staffing trends, technologies, and market requirements
✅ What We're Looking For
- 0–5 years of experience in Bench Sales / US IT Staffing
- Freshers with strong communication skills and an interest in US staffing are encouraged to apply
- Understanding of C2C, W2, and C2H hiring models
- Knowledge of US IT recruiting and consultant marketing
- Experience with platforms such as Dice, LinkedIn, Monster, and other job portals
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail
- Self-motivated with a strong ownership mindset
⭐ Good to Have
- Existing vendor/recruiter network
- Experience working with prime vendors or direct clients
- Knowledge of rate negotiations and US staffing market trends
- Experience managing multiple consultants simultaneously
- Proven record of generating submissions and placements
