Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Bench Sales Recruiter with 1–3 years of experience in US IT staffing. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the US IT recruitment market, excellent communication skills, and experience in marketing consultants to vendors and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Market and place bench consultants on suitable contract opportunities.
- Work with vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients to identify job requirements.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and recruiters.
- Negotiate rates, terms, and other engagement details with vendors.
- Submit consultant profiles to relevant requirements and follow up regularly.
- Use job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms to identify opportunities.
- Maintain and update consultant information, availability, skills, location, visa status, and rate details.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with consultants and vendors throughout the hiring process.
- Build and maintain a strong vendor network.
- Track submissions, interviews, offers, and placements.
- Stay updated on current US IT market trends, technologies, and hiring requirements.
Required Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in US IT Bench Sales / Bench Sales Recruiting.
- Good understanding of the US staffing and recruitment process.
- Experience working with IT consultants and vendor networks.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet placement targets.
- Good knowledge of technologies such as Java, .NET, QA, Data, Cloud, DevOps, and other IT domains.
- Experience with job portals and professional networking platforms is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Prior experience in a US staffing/recruitment company is preferred.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
