Urja Global Limited is looking for an experienced and dynamic Head – Sales to lead our Electric 2-Wheeler business and drive aggressive growth across markets.
📍 Location: Delhi NCR
💼 Position: Head – Sales – EV 2-Wheeler
🏢 Industry: Electric Vehicle / Automotive
🎯 Experience: 12+ Years, with strong experience in EV 2-Wheeler / Automotive Sales
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Lead the overall sales strategy and revenue growth for the EV 2-Wheeler business
🔹 Build and expand the dealer/distributor network across India
🔹 Drive sales targets, market penetration, and business development
🔹 Lead and motivate the regional/state sales teams
🔹 Develop new markets and strengthen existing channels
🔹 Monitor sales performance, competition, pricing, and market trends
🔹 Work closely with Service, Operations, Product, and Marketing teams
🔹 Take ownership of sales targets, team performance, and business growth
We’re Looking For:
✅ Strong leadership and team-management skills
✅ Proven track record of achieving aggressive sales targets
✅ Strong dealer/distributor network and market understanding
✅ Experience in EV 2-Wheeler / Automotive industry preferred
✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
