We're hiring: Head of Sales – Cut-Pack / OTC Division | D BADAMI
D BADAMI (Dhingar Group, since 1961) makes design-led men's and kidswear shirting for 2,500+ brands, including Pepe Jeans, Arrow, Rare Rabbit, Snitch and ABFRL. Now we're taking that same design and quality straight to the retail counter, and we're looking for one person to build and own that business.
The role
You'll own our cut-pack / OTC shirting business end to end: which markets we enter, which retailers carry us, how the range sells through, and how fast it grows.
What you'll do
• Build a strong network of fabric retailers across [states/regions], with direct relationships at the counter
• Set channel targets, pricing, schemes and credit terms alongside the founders
• Hire and lead a field sales team
• Bring market feedback on what's selling into our design and Never-Out-of-Stock range
• Plan for festive and wedding seasons, and keep collections healthy
You'll be a fit if you have
• 12+ years in OTC / cut-length shirting or suiting sales, with 5+ years leading a team
• Personal relationships with fabric retailers and wholesalers across multiple states
• Built or scaled a retail fabric channel before, with numbers to show for it
• Willingness to travel extensively
