Head of Primary School
Thinkers' Valley World School | Jaipur, India | Full-time | Founding Leadership Appointment
ABOUT US
Thinkers' Valley World School is a new school in Jaipur, founded by an established education family with a long-standing heritage in schooling in India. Set within a 20-acre campus, the School carries that heritage forward while rethinking education for a changing world, rooted in the character and culture of Jaipur, yet looking confidently to the future. At its heart is a belief in nurturing the whole human being: developing not only what a young person knows, but how they think, who they become and what they contribute.
The School will offer the Cambridge curriculum through an inquiry-led, project-based approach, balancing academic rigour with curiosity, creativity, reflection and real-world engagement. By bringing together the strengths of a rigorous international education with a distinctly Indian understanding of human development, Thinkers' Valley seeks to develop young people who can think deeply, navigate complexity and engage with the world with wisdom, courage and capability.
THE HUMAN CAPACITIES OF THINKERS' VALLEY
Awareness – Thinking – Mastery – Humanity
At Thinkers' Valley, we believe education is about developing the capacities to live well, think deeply and contribute meaningfully. We nurture young people who are grounded in their humanity, aware, authentic, committed to mastery and guided by purpose. Through curiosity, reflection and meaningful challenge, they develop the wisdom, courage and capability to navigate complexity and shape their own lives.
These capacities shape our whole community, not just our students. They guide how we teach, lead and relate to one another. Rooted in Indian thought and enriched by contemporary international education, Thinkers' Valley seeks to develop people who grow in awareness, pursue mastery, live authentically and find meaningful ways to contribute.
