We're hiring an Ecommerce Operations Executive to own order-to-delivery operations for a growing D2C fashion brand. If you know Shopify, courier workflows, and how to keep dispatch running cleanly under daily deadlines, this is for you.
What you'll own
Order & dispatch
- Manage Shopify orders end to end, from processing to dispatch and delivery
- Oversee daily picking, packing, labeling, and dispatch
- Hand over consignments to couriers and aggregators every day
- Monitor pending, delayed, cancelled, and split shipments
- Track COD orders and payment statuses
Logistics & courier coordination
- Coordinate with courier partners, aggregators, and retail partners
- Track and resolve NDRs, RTOs, and returns
- Escalate delays, lost parcels, and damage claims
Returns, exchanges & inventory
- Process forward, reverse, and exchange orders
- Maintain inventory accuracy and reconcile stock regularly
- Flag stock mismatches and operational bottlenecks
MIS & reporting
- Maintain accurate MIS and Google Sheets across forward, reverse, RTO, and NDR data
- Track key metrics: order fulfillment rate, RTO %, COD %, returns, and NDR resolution
- Share daily and weekly reports with management
Customer & process support
- Handle order-related customer queries
- Spot operational issues and suggest process improvements
- Support rollout of a Shopify-integrated WMS
What we're looking for
- 2–4 years in D2C or ecommerce operations (fashion apparel preferred)
- Hands-on experience with Shopify and courier/OMS partners
- Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills, including pivot tables
- Solid understanding of COD, RTO, and NDR workflows
- Strong communication and sharp attention to detail
- Comfortable working to daily deadlines
Good to have
- Experience with a WMS or aggregator platforms
- Exposure to retail or marketplace partner coordination
